TKTL's 2008 Employee of the Year - Andrew Gunter
April 25, 2009, at TKTL’s Annual General Meeting, heavy truck mechanic, Andrew Gunter was awarded as TKTL’s employee of the year. This award recognizes an employee who has made an outstanding contribution towards the success of TKTL over the past year. Andrew is a very competent mechanic, focused on keeping the operators and the trucks on the road. Congratulations Andrew from all of us at TKTL.

Feb, 2008 New Equipment technology for an age old problem
How do you get the snow out from under the nose of parked trailers after a snow storm? This problem has been solved at TKTL by the addition of a new plow and wing to the yard loader. No more struggling for traction to couple the tractor to the trailer.

Mar 20, 2007 Donation - Algonquin College School of Transportation
Tuesday, March 20, Triple K Transport Ltd. generously donated $38,398.50 through a gift-in-kind donation of trucks to Algonquin College's School of Transportation and Building Trades. Over the past two years, TKTL has donated a truck and various suspension and transmission parts to enhance the college's heavy duty mechanic trades program.

Feb 24/25, March 3/4, 2007 Employee First aid training
14 Triple K staff (office staff, mechanics and drivers) completed emergency first aid preparedness training.

January 27, 2007 Annual General Meeting
Triple K's Annual General Meeting was held at the Stittsville Township office. President, Keith Sabiston, addressed the state of the industry and discussed operational issues with staff.

December 9, 2006 New Log Book/Hours of Service Training
Calvin MacPherson, Triple K's certified driver/trainer, held a seminar outlining 2007 Canadian Hours of Service changes. This seminar gave drivers and staff a great opportunity to get informed on HOS revisions. Great job Calvin!

September 23, 2006 Defensive Driver Training Course
A half day training course led by Calvin MacPherson, Triple K's certified driver/trainer was held in Stittsville. This was an excellent seminar focusing on defensive driving skills.

25th Anniversary Celebration - (1980-2005)
On June 18th, 2005, TKTL employees were treated to an adventurous family fun day at Wilderness Tours in Beachburg, Ontario. It was a great day and a great time. Thanks to Wilderness Tours for this group shot!
